Pay and Benefits

·         Top pay on all dispatched miles -- loaded/empty

·         Starting pay based on experience from 26 to 29 cents per mile

·         Average driver pay is over $40,000 with safety and fuel incentives

                         Qualifications

·         No more than three moving violations in the past three years. No more than one in the last 12 months

·         No DUI, DWI, reckless or careless driving or implied consent convictions or suspensions in the last five years

·         Complete DOT physical and drug screen performed by the company approved physician and laboratory

·         Complete the ATS company orientation, including road test
